A wonderful compliment to our beverages are delicious meals and light snacks. Each BIGGBY location has a fresh, daily selection of specialty cookies and pastries, fruit cups, yogurt parfaits, bagel sandwiches, salads, and wraps to choose from.

Total investment: $240K-300K
Express/kiosk option available
Franchise fee: $30K
Ongoing royalty fee: 5%
Term of agreement: 10 years, renewable
Renewal fee: 10% of current franchise fee
Number of employees needed to run franchised unit: 15
Absentee ownership of franchise is allowed. (90% of current franchisees are owner/operators)

In addition, our Real Estate Manager will assist you in negotiating lease and occupancy terms. Our stores are typically located in 1,200 – 1,500 square foot suites, within high visibility, high traffic strip centers. Many now include drive-thru service; a growing industry trend. No need to find an architect or contractor – we can refer you to ones who have experience building our stores.
