Folies was established in 1991 by Mr.Eric J D Cornille, former executive
of Oriental Hotel and Dusit Thani Group, producing French pastry in its
retail shops in early years. With GMP, HACCP and FDA Standard recommend
international code of practice general principles of Food as well as
ISO 9001:2000, Folies increase its production capacity and develop new
frozen European gastronomic until consolidating the current frozen bakery
segment market and offering a variety of food from fresh vacuum packed,
ready-to-serve meal target to retail market. Folies started to export
to Japan Market in 2005 in consequent of monthly shipments and launched
franchise marketing resulted a very rapid rise with the schedule to
open 2 new branches in 2006 and plan to open 3 other outlets in 2007.
